More Evidence That The U.S. Government Is A Criminal Enterprise

The U.S. government is a criminal enterprise and is out of control. The U.S. Constitution was drafted to limit government and affirm the natural rights held by the people, but it is serially ignored and violated by the President, the Congress, the Supreme Court and law enforcers both Federal and local.

The result is growing tyranny and a police state and a Nation that is becoming a simmering cauldron of unrest — sparked by the passage of unConstitutional laws by a Congress controlled by moneyed interests; the affirming of those laws by the Supreme Court; long-term high rates of unemployment; a declining standard of living; increased regulation by unaccountable, bought-and-paid-for psychotic government functionaries; money printing; a presstitute mass media; increasingly militarized and militant local law enforcement officers; and a declining morality encouraged by both the political and celebrity classes — that is poised to explode.

The elected class and their handlers have been at war with the American people, the Constitution and the American way of life for many years. In the beginning, they used gradualism to sneak small abuses by an unobservant public. But as the unConstitutional encroachments gained ground, they accelerated. We are now rapidly heading toward a calamitous event that will rock the system to its core and, hopefully, restore us to Constitutional governance.

Following are 17 pieces of evidence taken from recent headlines that prove the President, Congress, Supreme Court, Federal and local police are criminals working against the interests and best wishes of the American people:

  • President Barack Obama has mandated that all Federal workers and contractors spy on one another. Under the program, which is being implemented with little public attention, security investigations can be launched when government employees showing “indicators of insider threat behavior” are reported by co-workers, according to previously undisclosed administration documents obtained by McClatchy. Investigations also can be triggered when “suspicious user behavior” is detected by computer network monitoring and reported to “insider threat personnel.” The hypersensitive Obama instituted this spying program supposedly to spot leakers like Snowden and Pfc. Bradley Manning, who is charged with leaking state secrets to Wikileaks. But in reality, Obama is trying to reign in any chance of exposure of his and the rest of government’s unConstitutional abuses of power.
  • U.S. Government contractor Edward Snowden recently “revealed” that the National Security Agency is illegally spying on American by collecting their emails, text messages, phone records and social networking posts. The mainstream media, the propaganda arm of the government, claims these revelations are new and startling, even though the information has been in the public domain for years and visible to anyone with a discerning mind. What’s troubling is Snowden’s sketchy narrative and the way the sycophantic media ignores it. The sketchy narrative indicates there is something else going on behind the scenes that only the elites are privy to; and, in fact, it may very well be a turf war between two or more unaccountable government agencies.
  • The increased spying network is a result of the so-called “War on Terror” that was begun after the false flag 9/11 attacks.

Even though the left has tried to eliminate the concept of “outcomes” as important, outcomes are still important.  As proven by the sediment of the socialism utilized by OWEbama in the last four years, the left can only make so much reality disappear but that has in no way stopped them from trying..

According to the left, the “outcome” of dodge ball is “bad”, “outcome based education” (grades) are “bad”..  “Outcomes” are therefore “unfair” within the liberal lexicon..  The liberals have tried to numb you to the effects of “outcomes”..  As always with the left, only CERTAIN outcomes are “bad”.  No matter how the left tries to spin it, the outcome of the election of 2008 was unquestionably bad..  Can’t spin it, then just ignore it..

The FACTS, the “Inconvenient Truth” that surrounds the facts collected through the current collectivism CANNOT be “debated”.  These “facts”, the “results” of all of the numbing numbers that have been carefully assembled by the OWEbama administration’s handiwork of the last four years have been listed here and elsewhere with seemingly little effect..  Because of this “handiwork”, the left wants a completely DIFFERENT set of what they call “facts” to be our nation’s focus..  Barring that, they want you to be completely unconcerned about the “process” and there are several ways they will get to that “outcome”..

“The deluge”..  The deluge of commercials, advertisements and mailers..  The “24 hour news cycle”, sufficiently marinated within the collectivist cauldron of “impartiality”, regurgitates the latest propaganda..  Had enough, here comes more..  People instinctively “tune out” at this point as they reach an individual level of “overload”, whatever that level may be.  Mission accomplished.

Those who have “tuned out” have effectively connected with their inner apathy.  Apathy causes the “outcome” to be skewed as the apathetic stay home.  Those who stay at home have added an uncontested vote to the opponents totals..

As we look at “outcomes” and votes we have to wonder in amazement how the apathetic become apathetic because it certainly isn’t due to an aversion to the concept of voting..

Shall we look at the “voting” for “American Idol” or maybe “Dancing with the Stars”?  More “votes” will be cast for some obscure crooner or some cherubic hoofer this year than will be cast in the upcoming Presidential election.  The “outcome” of either of those silly television shows has NO EFFECT at all upon your life..  None..

The “show” that is “politics” is “boring”.  No singing, no dancing..  (I disagree, politicians “sing and dance” wildly, they just don’t do it in the same manner as the “stars” of these silly television shows..) (I have also previously postulated that politics is show business for ugly people..)

The political process is MEANT to bore you, if it were “exciting”, they couldn’t “get over” on you, as you would be riveted by what was taking place.  However, literally EVERYTHING politicians do or do not do DIRECTLY EFFECTS your daily life.  Your FREEDOM.  Your FINANCES.  Yet you are bored..  The OUTCOME of EVERY election, local, state and national, DIRECTLY EFFECTS literally EVERYTHING about you, so I have to ask WHY AREN’T you “riveted”?

Google moving to complete a comprehensive profile of people that includes searches, information in emails, purchases, basically everything

Is there anything that Google won’t know about people? Linking what is in your emails to what is in your internet searches and purchases leaves almost nothing that they don’t know. From the Washington Post:

Google said Tuesday it will require users to allow the company to follow their activities across e-mail, search, YouTube and other services, a radical shift in strategy that is expected to invite greater scrutiny of its privacy and competitive practices.

The information will enable Google to develop a fuller picture of how people use its growing empire of Web sites. Consumers will have no choice but to accept the changes.

The policy will take effect March 1 and will also impact Android mobile phone users, who are required to log in to Google accounts when they activate their phones. . . .

A user of Gmail, for instance, may send messages about a private meeting with a colleague and may not want the location of that meeting to be thrown into Google’s massive cauldron of data or used for Google’s maps application. . . .

Google has also faced greater scrutiny that it is using its dominance in online search to favor its other applications. Google’s decision to blend Google+ data into search results has been included into a broad FTC antitrust investigation, according to a person familiar with the matter who spoke on the condition of anonymity because the investigation is private.

Engineers from Twitter, Facebook and MySpace responded by launching a Web tool that they say shows Google is moving away from its stated mission to be a neutral Web directory.

On the Web site for the plug-in, the engineers wrote that searches for generic terms such as “movies” or “music” prioritize Google+ results over more relevant content.

Here is a nice summary of what Google knows about you. Not only does Google know about what movies you like and what you buy, it also knows this type of information:

You agreed to let Google know about your contacts and mails when you started using Gmail.
You agreed to let Google know about your photos when you started using Picasa.
You agreed to let Google know where you are when you started using Latitude.
You agreed to let Google know what people you interact with and what you are interested in when you started using Google+.
You agreed to let Google store your documents for you when you started using Docs. . . .
