Campaigning non-stop since 2008, except for his frequent golfing and vacation adventures, he has never ended his ongoing run for POTUS. On Saturday 5 May, Obama continued along this course and gave, yet, another campaign speech on Saturday 5 May. Although repeating one of his oft-used campaign mantras that the upcoming 2012 elections “will be a make or break moment for the middle class,” as Obama has actually been summarily and purposefully destroying jobs and the economy of the middle class, I believe an accurate translation is needed. That translation is: “The 2012 elections will be a make or break moment for Marxism, my forced imposition of totalitarianism, the complete bending and surrender of Americans to my will and the destruction of their God-given freedoms, religion and liberties!”

The reality of ObamaGov is that the US dictator-in-chief has been installing his (or Soros’) own version of a combination Marxist/Maoist/Fascist/Nazi/Islamist/Black Liberation government since he usurped the office of president of the United States. Despite any ‘pesky’ US elections (which we suspect are already heavily and illegally rigged by his syndicate in Obama’s favor), if by some miracle he actually loses reelection I predict that Obama will not leave We-the-People’s White House voluntarily.

Note: Since Obama was selected, he has acted neither honorably nor legally in virtually any of his dealings. So why would anyone think he would begin when and if the upcoming election does not go in his favor?

Since his first days illegally (ineligibly) holding the office of president of the United States, Obama began issuing [illegal] Executive Orders…the first was to hide all of his birth records, school transcripts and anything else that might tell us the truth about who Barack Hussein Obama really is. The latest Executive Orders issued by Obama include both the subjugation of the USA to International regulatory commissions (to be created and named) and place the USA closer to becoming the “North American Union” and eliminating both our sovereignty and the need for US citizenship — which have already been greatly diminished…if not decimated…by Obama. It also appears that due to the sheer number of EOs issued by this man that some appear to not even be numbered anymore while others that greatly work toward removal of our sovereignty may not even be published for public viewing. This is truly the most opaque and obscure presidency in the history of what was once our country. Hiding everything this regime (aka syndicate) does is always the ongoing order of each and every day.

The establishment of a suppressive totalitarian government which rules the serfs (aka “former US citizens”) is the goal of the despotic and tyrannical Obama syndicate. And if we do not accept our serfdom, the so-called FEMA (aka “retraining”) camps beckon us with an uncanny and vicious malevolence. I have written multiple columns on this subject but, for any who are still uncertain I highly recommend Doug Hagmann’s article “The planned re-election of Obama, revolutionary style” in which he chillingly writes: “The Obama administration, including his czars and along with his closest Progressive supporters, are planning a manufactured insurgency against America. He is using the media to his advantage to garner both sympathy and support for his unfinished goals.

In his latest display of his full USA federal government dictatorship over both the American people and the former co-branches of government, Dictator Obama is warning the Supreme Court to either rule in his favor or face severe consequences.

Fox News’ Martha McCallum advised Thursday that the Obama Administration has been quietly sending missives to the Supreme Court threatening that if it doesn’t rule in his favor on ObamaCare, Medicare will face disruption and “chaos.” Therefore, if SCOTUS rules in favor of the US Constitution, Obama & Co will begin its campaign to either destroy Medicare or make those on it suffer greatly. The Obama syndicate is said to be threatening to hold off Medicare payments to doctors and hospitals if SCOTUS does not comply with Obama’s demands and submit to him.

As an additional example of Obama’s illegal and (I believe) highly treasonous behaviors, on 1 May and 2 May Obama issued two additional unconstitutional and illegal Executive Orders. The first E.O., issued 1 May 2012, makes the USA subject to “international regulations” as opposed to looking to and following the US Constitution. Also, with this new E.O., the US FDA will now be able to be bypassed by International committees — thus, replacing the FDA with any international group which may be chosen. In essence, Obama is quickly eliminating US Sovereignty and selling the USA to the international “community.”

The second E.O. issued in 2 days was signed by Obama on 2 May 2012. This E.O. instructs the USA to bow to international regulations instead of the US Constitution and Businessweek reports: “Obama’s order provides a framework to organize scattered efforts to promote international regulatory cooperation, the chamber’s top global regulatory official said today.

“Today’s executive order marks a paradigm shift for U.S. regulators by directing them to take the international implications of their work into account in a consistent and comprehensive way,” Sean Heather, vice president of the chamber’s Center for Global Regulatory Cooperation, said in an e-mailed statement.” This also brings the USA closer to becoming a “North American Union” and — also — eliminating its sovereignty — in toto.

Suffice it to say, no one in Congress has issued even the proverbial “peep” over either of these illegal “orders.” Do the American people really want to continue to live under this blatant tyranny?

The second question is “Will the Supreme Court of the United States of America bow to Obama and give up its co-equal status to the dictator as the US Congress has already done?” If so, perhaps its time for We-the-People to recruit the Honduran Supreme Court who, along with their military, ousted its then President Manuel Zelaya who had become a dictator. Oppression under the Obama syndicate becomes worse each and every day, folks. Will we ever choose to go back to the sunshine?

After what I believe was the “umpteenth” time I’ve heard yet another GOP establishment-type (means they’re on the distinctly liberal side of the Republican leadership) I thought it was finally time to address the problem. Last week on Fox News, Ed Rollins (Republican campaign consultant and former campaign manager for presidential candidate “she’s-out-of-control” Michelle Bachmann — Note: with statements like that about Bachmann one wonders if Rollins was working all along to unseat her candidacy) said again that “Obama is a nice man.” As Obama continues to berate Speaker of the House John Boehner, Boehner has also repeatedly said Obama is a “nice guy.” And now Republican assumed 2012 presidential candidate Mitt Romney also says — repeatedly and ad nauseam — that “Obama’s a nice guy.” Really? In fact, Romney says it so often that one wonders if he plans to take the proverbial dive for Obama in 2012 as McCain strongly appeared to do in 2008.

However, the truth is that Obama is not only the worst “president” of the United States of America (ineligible or not) but, he is arguably the most corrupt, mean-spirited, ungracious and arrogant twaddle-talking, America and American-people-hating resident of our White House whom we have ever had to suffer. What “nice man” would force you to buy something you don’t want and then takeover your personal health care? What “nice man” would take away all of your energy resources (Obama is actively and systematically — as he promised — shutting down virtually ALL US coal plants and is now daily demeaning oil producers…his next target) and leave you with virtually no way to heat and cool your homes or cook? Grass and sod huts for We-the-Serfs is coming soon if the Marxists remain in power. And, what “nice guy” formulates a plan (with his wholly-owned Congress) to monitor American citizens’ (who oppose him and his subjugation plans) private calls and emails in order to make a case against anyone who openly disagrees with him (see CISPA)? What “nice man” would willingly and enthusiastically destroy the US economy in order to make his true masters even wealthier via the decimation of the American people?

Further, what “nice man” or “nice guy” would work with his Marxist-Congress to do away with the US Constitution beginning with its Bill of Rights? Yet, that is precisely what he, Duchess Pelosi and the rest of the Democrats and leftist Republicans are attempting. While the Constitution requires ¾ of the States’ ratification of ANY new Amendment, Pelosi is bound and determined to bypass them and the people of this country and have Congress simply shove one more blatantly unconstitutional bill through — against the will of the governed…or now “ruled” as it were. While Obama issues one unconstitutional and slave-making Executive Order after another and is now openly working to end ALL energy (save the non-working and non-viable “green” energy companies — which are merely slush funds and Obama money-laundering ventures) and liberties in the USA, Congress is also bypassing the Constitution and issuing one Orwellian illegal bill after another.

The revolutionary and Luciferian (he dedicated his book “Rules for Radicals” to Lucifer…aka Satan) Saul Alinsky said “”True revolutionaries do not flaunt their radicalism, Alinsky taught. They cut their hair, put on suits and infiltrate the system from within.” Alinsky also taught that community organizing (aka ‘teaching radicalism and Satanic concepts’) must begin at the local level and in a forceful manner. Karl Marx, his partner Frederich Engels and Vladimir Lenin wrote and believed the same. Adolph Hitler, along with Marx and the rest, also believed that environmental elements and ‘saving the planet’ were excellent ploys to be brought into every speech and were needed in order to shame and bully a population into submission. It worked — and still works — remarkably well.

Today, in the USA and the rest of the world, we now have the UN Agenda 21 — which, in New Rochelle, NY (as well as other towns and cities throughout the nation) is attempting implementation via ICLEI (International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives). At one fell swoop, a city becomes part of the “international community” and no longer accountable to its State or nation. And without the population realizing it, the city becomes part of the international order and one-world government commences with its attendant end to freedom, self-determination and the right to make any life decisions on one’s own. Thus, the end of liberty — and life as we know it — begins.

So it is in New Rochelle, New York.

The Interview

Sher: Robert, thanks so much for taking the time, today, to speak to my readers. When we spoke a few days ago, we talked at length about how Agenda 21 has been introduced into the New Rochelle community via ICLEI or the “International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives.” Through ICLEI, the United Nations’ Agenda 21 — which is designed to take over all local authority via its guise of a “sustainability agenda” — takes control of and makes decisions on virtually everything within a city and/or county.

We seem to have reached the end of the United States of America, folks. At least that is what the Obama syndicate wants us to believe. The time to panic has come and gone and now the great and planned wasteland of what was once our country has already begun its implementation. Will we ever stop it?

From a recent Obama court’s ruling that passengers have no more rights not to be sexually molested by TSA employees through the US Treasury being summarily routed by Obama, Geithner and the rest of the Obama syndicate’s hordes, the US Constitution’s Bill of Rights having been overturned and decimated by the Soros-directed Obama syndicate, the Second Amendment being compromised by the Obama-Holder illegal “gunwalker” schemes to the NWO’s Agenda 21 (which will now determine where people are allowed to live and work and what transportation they may use) beginning implementation in California (more specifically San Francisco-where else?) the Obama beast and a supplicant and willing Congress have allowed the complete destruction of America.

It seems that my 2008 prediction may be coming to fruition when I wrote: “After Obama is elected, all of his programs and people to keep him in power indefinitely — and to rid him of any and all opposition — will be firmly in place. You will not be able to vote him out of office. By the time he assumes the position of President of the United States it will already be too late. A democratic republic will last only so long as people of good will allow and fight for it. After they are gone — or removed — it is ended.” An additional and insidious problem is that the US Congress — BOTH the now totally Marxist Democrat Party and the formerly stealth Marxist Republicans — support the policies of Dictator-in-Chief Obama. And now Obama’s planned and irrevocable final coup d’etat of the US government may be enacted.

In January 2012 a [then] quiet deal was struck between SOE Software (then the leading US vote tabulation company. Scytl is said to be strongly linked to George Soros. The Obama syndicate members arranged the deal and Obama’s now wholly-owned rubber-stamp Congress agreed to it. That’s right. A foreign company may now, ostensibly and unconstitutionally, determine who wins US “elections.” Of extreme interest, Scytl’s CEO, Pere Valles, was the former VP and CFO of GlobalNet whose headquarters were based in Obama’s then base of operations Chicago. Although apparently scrubbed from Obama’s donor list (as so many negative and potentially negative-to-Obama documents and videos have been), Valles is said to have contributed heavily to Obama’s first presidential run.

Although US States and their precincts are the ones who Constitutionally have counted votes since the US began as a nation, the indication seems to be that all States may now be told by the Obama government that all votes — nationwide — will be tabulated by the foreign company. Also, as all votes are “merged” under the Scytl system, no recounts will be available. Note: As an added “feature,” Scytl also has a SPECIFIC program for military votes. I guess we can now assume military votes will be summarily dismissed if a Marxist-Democrat is in power.

Like the MCP (Master Control Program) in TRON 1, Obama has already sucked the life out of Congressional members. That once co-equal (per the US Constitution) branch of the US Government is no longer viable and has become little more that a “me too” for Dictator-in-Chief Obama’s destructive and malevolent policies and behaviors. Whether its members were threatened with harm or coerced with very-large bribes, they work for Obama and the New World Order now. The citizens of the USA have been reduced to mere chattel and are currently being treated as such. If you will recall, Speaker of the House John Boehner (after several good on-camera cry-fests) lost no time before he willingly caved to any and all of Obama’s demands and still maintains that personal posture and proclivity today.

Note: Instead of exhibiting any conservative tendencies — whatsoever — Boehner appears to be Marxist San-Fran-Nan in drag.

Now, however, Obama has decided it’s time to set his attention onto the third co-equal branch of government and is in the process of attacking and beginning to destroy the power, purview and will of the Supreme Court of the United States. As has been affected since the inception of the US Supreme Court, after SCOTUS hears oral arguments (this time regarding ObamaCare) from both the US Government’s and the opposition’s attorneys, the Associate Justices take a preliminary vote. These votes were — prior to Obama’s reign over the American people — kept secret until both minority and majority opinions could be pondered and, eventually, put to text.

Note: With the two recent Obama appointees to the High Court, we cannot assume that is still the case and one or both may have already alerted their Master.

In his usual arrogant and condescending manner, Obama — this week — slammed the Associate Justices as being an “unelected group of people” and indicated it was not even their business (unless they provide no more than a rubber-stamp for and to his policies and programs) to determine ANYTHING about ObamaCare…as it was HIS bill and passed by Congress (but, only the Democrat-controlled Congress). Obama’s exact words are: “I just remind conservative commentators that for years, what we’ve heard is the biggest problem on the bench was judicial activism or a lack of judicial restraint, that an unelected group of people would somehow overturn a duly constituted and passed law. Well, this is a good example. And I’m pretty confident that this Court will recognize that and not take that step.”

Note: Obama’s disdain — if not hatred — for all who attempt to uphold the US Constitution is both palpable and truly breathtaking.

Only one of the problems with Obama’s ludicrous statement is that it IS the job of SCOTUS to rule upon the Constitutionality of legislation brought to it and if proven to be unconstitutional said legislation is overturned by the High Court. On the other hand, “judicial activism” occurs when judges (traditionally and 99.99999% of the time are leftist jurists) WRITE new laws. Obama knows this. Although the dictator may be certifiably insane he’s not stupid.

If SCOTUS has — as has Congress — been compromised by the Obama syndicate, we will know by June 2012.

America, we have an enormous problem. And, it’s a quickly expanding one. Fueled by the palpable fear of We-the-People that is now observably apparent from arrogant elected members of both the Executive and Legislative branches of the US government, Orwellian bills denying the American people their Constitutionally-protected rights are now being routinely crafted and passed by an increasingly draconian “ruling — not governing — political class.”

For the first time in the history of the United States of America, its people are being reigned over and reined in by thoroughly totalitarian and an almost completely corrupt set of individuals…individuals whom we elected.

The USA has been heading for Leftist rule for many decades. The markedly minority Marxists and Maoists have been incessantly and, for years, feverishly working to take over our country and install a Stalinist/Hitlerian-styled government. In fact, in 2010 at least 70 members (we suspect there are probably more) of the US Democrat Party were listed as members of the American Socialist Party. But, this is the first time they have claimed the unconditional power to do so.

In the past, we were able to keep these subversive and patently destructive elements at bay. The way in which we were able to effect our continued survival as a free country was via the Republican Party. Tragically, those days appear to be gone. The “Republican Establishment” (aka “Rockefeller Republicans,” Global Elitists or New World Order followers) is now firmly in control of the GOP and it has no intention of releasing its iron grip.

Note: Leftists are leftists wherever they deign to appear.

Recently, leftist John McCain (R-AZ) — one of the GOP “Sleeper Cell” members? — partnered with leftist Carl Levin (D-MI) in greatly increasing the Executive branch’s power over the American people. The ‘McCain-Levin US citizen Imprisonment Bill’ effectively does away with the Fourteenth Amendment’s “due process (under the law)” clause which mandates: “No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.” Obama signed the bill as quickly as possible and then immediately issued a signing statement outlining his new powers. In it, he states: “I have concluded that section 1022 provides the minimally acceptable amount of flexibility to protect national security. Specifically, I have signed this bill on the understanding that section 1022 provides the executive branch with broad authority to determine how best to implement it, and with the full and unencumbered ability to waive any military custody requirement, including the option of waiving appropriate categories of cases when doing so is in the national security interests of the United States.”

In other words, although Section 1022 provides a bare skeleton structure (one sentence) “protection” for US citizens and legal resident aliens, Obama claims he can (and I suspect will soon) affect its subordination-to-his-will and use the “national security” excuse to eliminate due process for those who oppose him and his policies. He claimed this “power” with his signing statement.

Over the weekend I received an email from my local TEA Party Director that Barack Hussein Obama would fly into Carlsbad, NM airport on Wednesday 21 March, in order to “make an appearance at the South Easter NM oilfields.” However, apparently after hearing that an immediate anti-Obama rally had been planned, Obama and his entourage changed the landing location to Roswell, NM… a city 77 miles from Carlsbad.

Note: Interesting as, despite the fear and trepidation Obama is trying valiantly to instill into the American people, his own panic seems to be showing.

When the US Secret Service discovered that the enterprising group of our Southeast New Mexico Patriots had, also, switched their plans and would drive to Roswell to engage in peaceful and Constitutionally allowed dissent against the Obama policies of the destruction of the United States of America, the SS began to put their respective feet down. First, the SS made a strong request that the anti-Obama rally not occur…at all. When the TEA Party members advised them that they still planned to do so, it was announced that the main road (Earl Cummings Loop) into and out of the Roswell airport would be closed. In other words, ONLY the planned Obama sycophants, adherents and Adoration Groups will be allowed in…all others no longer have any free speech. Note: Considering Obama’s recent “Executive Order — National Defense Resources Preparedness,” which was changed and vastly expanded to allow him to seize ALL US resources — including those of private citizens — this latest shut down of free speech shouldn’t come as a real surprise.

Question: Can you imagine what would have happened if President G.W. Bush had pulled something like this?

I spoke with one of the founders of the Chavez County (NM) TEA Party, Bob Mitzel, who appropriately asked: “Is the President afraid of the American people or is he just afraid of the truth?” Excellent question, Bob.

If anyone is in the Roswell, NM area on Wednesday 21 March (or can plan to be there), and would like to join the protest, it is now being held at The New Mexico Youth Challenge Academy-131 Earl Cummings Loop (Roswell, NM) at 3:00 p.m. MT. Isn’t it time to end Obama’s decimation of our Bill of Rights and Reign of Terror? If not now…when?

After his effective coup against the United States Congress, in which he, his bought-and-paid-for “General” Dempsey and Communist Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta commanded that said Congress was now subservient to the United Nations, NATO and/or any other foreign power he decides on, Obama has now turned his sights back on the American people.

On Friday 16 March 2012, Dictator-in-Chief Obama signed his latest illegal Executive Order (only appearing to matter to US Constitutionalists whom his criminal syndicate calls “terrorists”), which he calls “National Defense Resources Preparedness.” This EO gives the Obama Syndicate the “right” to steal anything and everything from the American people they desire. These include but, are not limited to, food, energy, water, health, all civil transportation and all other materials, services and facilities. It also allows Obama’s now completely criminal government — whom neither Congress nor the courts have tried to stop in any way whatsoever — to nullify any contract (including what’s left of the now heavily-shredded US Constitution) made between the US government and any private company and/or the American people. It gives the Obama Syndicate total control of the US Government and total control of ALL resources — including everything formerly owned by you and me — of and in the USA.

Sec. 201. Priorities and Allocations Authorities. (a) The authority of the President conferred by section 101 of the Act, 50 U.S.C. App. 2071, to require acceptance and priority performance of contracts or orders (other than contracts of employment) to promote the national defense over performance of any other contracts or orders, and to allocate materials, services, and facilities as deemed necessary or appropriate to promote the national defense, is delegated to the following agency heads:

(1) the Secretary of Agriculture with respect to food resources, food resource facilities, livestock resources, veterinary resources, plant health resources, and the domestic distribution of farm equipment and commercial fertilizer;

(2) the Secretary of Energy with respect to all forms of energy;

(3) the Secretary of Health and Human Services with respect to health resources;

(4) the Secretary of Transportation with respect to all forms of civil transportation;

(5) the Secretary of Defense with respect to water resources; and

(6) the Secretary of Commerce with respect to all other materials, services, and facilities, including construction materials.

In other words — for my leftist readers — this means Obama controls and can do with as he pleases EVERYTHING in what was formerly OUR country. Obama has now slapped the American people firmly in their faces with his gauntlet and has tossed it to the ground. He has dictated that he can declare peacetime Martial Law — at his discretion and at any time of his choosing (say shortly before the upcoming General election or after them when he loses?) — and become the “official” and recognized Dictator of ObamaLand.

This is it, folks. Time to choose up sides and prepare for the obvious war Obama is waging against us…and it’s now heated up markedly.

Oh, and by the way, Obama also issued another decree yesterday…his “Happy St. Patrick’s Day” card! Said decree demands all colleges and universities, despite their religious beliefs and tenets, must provide birth control and abortion drugs to their students. The dictator is on a roll and this time it’s over us with an Obama White House bulldozer.

Horrifically, what I wrote and warned about in 2008 (and since then in multiple columns) would happen if Obama was elected has now occurred.

On 7 March 2012, backed up by Obama sycophant Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman Gen. Martin Dempsey, the Obama Dictatorship’s Defense Secretary Leon Panetta (defense of and for Obama — only) advised the Senate Armed Services Committee that the Obama Administration had no responsibility to even consult Congress in matters of waging war. Panetta said, however, as a courtesy they would be informed. He further stated that the Obama administration would now seek “international permission” (which he said included NATO and the United Nations) for any of Obama’s war adventures overseas. General Dempsey (apparently looking for a UN job) said that his “authority” for making this determination was to look toward “an international legal basis.”

As Senator Sessions asked both men questions, never once did either Panetta or Dempsey even mention-in-passing the US Constitution as having any bearing — let alone legal basis — in their decisions at all. For those leftist doubters, watch the video cited below in its entirety. As Sen. Sessions said, their comments are truly “breathtaking.”

Since Obama’s inauguration (aka “coronation”), he has been quickly forcing the USA into joblessness, lack, poverty, bondage and submission. He has already nullified much of our Bill of Rights and US Law in favor of “ObamaLaw.” Now, the dictator has advised Congress that the 3 co-equal branches of government no longer exist. In fact, with a stroke of his pen or a commandments issuing forth from his forked-tongue mouth, he is essentially saying: ‘You — as do the American people — exist only if I say you do’! Obama is now saying that Congress is irrelevant. And if its members don’t like it, he will speak them into non-existence.

For years now, under this tyrant, Congress has been warned over and over again to stop him. They have remained silent. We have told them this would happen. Still, they said and did nothing. Despite Speaker of the House John Boehner’s feeble pretense of being strong, he has consistently voted with the dictator. Some members of Congress have now decided that it’s time to create and pass a resolution to make bypassing Congress an impeachable offense. However, now the coup has occurred and it includes the Obama syndicate and the leaders of the US Military — headed up by ‘We’re all international Marxists and UN supplicants now’ “General” Martin Dempsey. Too little — too late from an entirely submissive-to-Obama Congress.

The USA is now being run by a completely criminal and illegal government. The Republic HAS been officially overthrown. It’s only a matter of time before it starts actively and forcefully going against the American people.
