On May 02, 2012, one of America’s bravest warriors spoke out against the tyranny of the liberal Democrat establishment.
No, he’s not one of our brave military warriors fighting against our enemies in the world of terrorism or the scarred fighting fields of Afghanistan instead, he is fighting the stubbornness of his fellow black Americans in an attempt to wake them up to the fact that the liberal Democrats in America are using them to make themselves look like saviors while burying them deeper in the dregs of indebtedness and abject or hopeless poverty.
That brave warrior is Lloyd Marcus, a black conservative, and he spoke out against liberal Democrat tyranny in an article titled “The ultimate appeal to persuade fellow blacks to stop voting Democrat” on May 02, 2012 online, in the freedom and democracy loving Canada Free Press (CanadaFreePress.com) which touts in its masthead, “Because without America there is no Free World.”
Marcus explains in his article that for years he has struggled to explain to fellow black Americans why they should join him in not voting for Democrats running for office. He gets peeved at liberal black authors and philosophers who say that white America abuses blacks and then call for more government funded programs when all they are looking for are more “government entitlement freebies.”
I am inclined to agree with Mr. Marcus when he states that “The Democratic Party leadership has been infiltrated by arrogant power hungry liberals who think they know better than you how to run your life.” But I might add that those power hungry liberals are both black and white, that think all problems are solved by throwing government taxpayer dollars at them. I also have this feeling that a lot of that sort of money finds ways of sticking to the fingers of those who want to do the throwing.
Though these misguided politicians number in the hundreds in our Congress, a prime example lies with a Georgia Representative named John Lewis who always has a scurrilous word ready for any white person who tries to halt the excessive spending that is so prevalent in our Congress when such spending is being programmed for the black communities in America. And if the truth were known I would bet that he would feel the same about black conservatives as well.
Representative Lewis gained much notoriety some years ago in Congress when he was a champion of reparations to current black citizens in America for the atrocities of the slave days in this country. He called for the United States government to make payments to current black citizens as a form of punishment to the white slave traders of the earlier centuries. However, it was widely known that many of the slave traders were black Africans themselves.
Marcus identifies two noted black conservatives that are of the same mind and disposition as he, and they frequently speak out at the futility of the black people who wholeheartedly trust those who lead them to believe that Democrats are their saviors while Republicans who are mainly of the conservative value status are going to abuse them.
The two black conservatives Marcus refers to are Professor Walter Williams and Dr.

The Washington Times published an Editorial on April 20, 2012 titled, “Where’s the recovery?” It mirrored all the bad news on our supposed “getting healthy” economy along with the discouraging views of the economic fundamentals and new jobless claims creating long faces and nervous hair pulling, while smiles abound in our anti-American White House and among its inhabitants.
Believe it or not, all this bad news about the country that less than four years ago was considered the greatest nation in the world, is pleasing to our White House staff and all of its minions, czars and secretaries. Obama’s mission is to totally destroy America as the world has known it for the past two hundred and thirty plus years and see poverty and hardships abound where once the fruits of our forebears’ diligence and INTELLIGENCE (a commodity that is sorely lacking today) created prosperity and leadership for the entire world to follow.
People SHOULD be asking, where the recovery is; it is certainly costing the taxpayers huge sums of money to keep this charlatan in the Oval Office in spending money for his communist, socialist and Islamist buddies in the depths and pestholes of the world. He is determined to put all of us along side those sand-flea-bitten cretins he calls peaceful and enlightened.
The Times editorial announces that new jobless claims are the highest they’ve been since late January, the four-week average stubbornly hovering around the 375,000 mark. They also say that “Though we’re technically in a recovery, nobody believes it. A Rasmussen Reports survey earlier this week shows a majority is under the impression America is still in recession.” And why not? Recoveries see indicators of increased employment, more consumer goods being manufactured and purchased and costs of consumables dropping instead of rising as they are today.
One can imagine the smiles on Obama’s and his staff’s faces when they hear about another huge increase in the cost of a gallon of gas at the pumps. Just like the mythical Midas whose magic touch turned the item touched into gold, probably smiling until he died of hunger these greedy thieves will get their just dues one of these days.
As the editorial states, the country needs an explosion of industry but all Obama is producing is a fizzle. The Philadelphia Reserve Bank found manufacturing output growth slowed slightly in the mid-Atlantic region, with its index of general business activity for the factory sector falling from 12.5 in March to 8.5 in April. Numbers such as those do nothing to restore the confidence in America’s economic indicators. They tend to keep people wondering when the great “messiah” they foolishly elected in November 2008 will begin delivering on his failed promises of “change for a better America.”
When the people don’t feel good about their future they don’t invest in homes and as stated in the editorial, with a significant chunk of the market still in the process of foreclosure, housing won’t recover anytime soon.

I do a lot of reading and lately I have been learning about how our government is getting bigger and more out of control. In short, it is running away from us, but not until it has taken more than an extra large bite out of our hard earned tax dollars. It’s really not the government that is running away, it is the politicos who are distancing themselves from those of us who put those slick wizards into their plush and lucrative offices.
Back in Colonial days when our nation’s founders were burning the midnight oil (that’s true, as electricity wasn’t invented until one of them, Ben Franklin, was flying his kite one day and got struck by a bolt of lightning); they talked about how to make a better government than the one they had just left in England under the tyranny of King George III. Taxes were out of sight and the same rulers prevailed from the day they were born until they passed away and then their eldest offspring stepped up and took over to keep up the not-so-good-work.
These trusty and tireless souls put together, first in 1775, a Declaration of Independence to let the King know that they, and all the others over here with them, had decided that they were not going to pay any more taxes to England as they were going to become a country of their own making. Then, next, on July 4, 1776, they made it official and dared the Brits to do something about it; which they did, and the Revolutionary War was on.
As you know, we won that one and so we set about forming a Constitution. Back then our government, much like the ones today, didn’t work too fast and the Constitution was ratified by the people’s representatives in September, 1787. Of course, considering the conditions at the time, with no telephones, television, planes, trains or buses and horse and buggy the major transportation, they could be excused.
I’ll let the current bunch of slugs explain why it takes so much time for a state’s representative to get to Washington to go to work. Nancy Pelosi might be a good one to ask and while you’re at it, ask her to explain why she needed a huge military aircraft with a 200-person seating capacity to fly back and forth to California when she was Speaker of the House for (thank God) a short time.
That era (Pelosi, etc.) was a nightmare of logistics with even some Democrats leaving their posts in places like Milwaukee and travelling to other states so as not to be available for the Republican Governor to send the state police to their homes to round them up and make them come back to the jobs that the taxpayers were paying them to do. And they got away with it! Absolutely nothing was done to censure or reprimand their abominable conduct.

As the 2012 presidential election quickly approaches, more and more Americans are discovering that the Obama Administration’s definition of transparency is more Clintonian and semantic than honest and encouraging especially his Attorney General, Eric Holder, according to a political strategist and attorney.
On Tuesday, Michigan’s Rep. Justin Amash, a Republican, added his name to the growing list of lawmakers demanding Attorney General Eric Holder resign over such ”outrages as the handling of the Black Panther voter intimidation case, the attacks against Arizona and Sheriff Joe Arpaio, and Operation Fast & Furious that’s responsible for many deaths including that of a U.S. Border Patrol agent, Brian Terry.”
However, it’s doubtful the outcome of this discovery will do anything to change the minds of Barack Obama’s sycophants in the news media, said Michael Baker of Baker, Lynch and Associates, a political and security consulting firm.
Baker believes that besides the Fast & Furious scandal, what should have been a big embarrassment for the Obama White House was the discovery that Attorney General Eric Holder had been less than forthcoming about his activities prior to being appointed U.S. Attorney General.
Justice Department officials have admitted that when members of the U.S. Senate — including Judiciary Committee members – were considering the nomination of Eric Holder as President Obama’s attorney general last year, he failed to disclose all of the legal briefs he had written or signed from his time in private practice especially those briefs that are pertinent to his current positions and views during the so-called war on terrorism.
“Holder has now decided to be open and transparent with the Senate Judiciary Committee regarding his memory lapse to turn over copies of his legal filings, including Amicus briefs on behalf of detained terrorists and enemy combatants,” Michael Baker told the Law Enforcement Examiner.
“Holder also used the oldest trick in the book: he made his official statement on a Friday afternoon during the usual lull in the news cycle,” Baker said.
“As part of Holder’s confirmation process, a list of legal briefs to the committee was turned over to senate staffers,” he said. And the list turned over to the Senate Judiciary Committee did not include filings in about seven cases.
The issue of Holder’s past legal papers came up after some Republicans asked why lawyers who had previously done legal work for terror detainees now had jobs in the Justice Department, something President Barack Obama successfully avoided discussing, and something conveniently overlooked by a Justice Department now saturated with Holder colleagues whose work records show they defended terrorism suspects and ‘Gitmo’ detainees, according to former intelligence officer Michael Snopes.
“Attorney General Eric Holder didn’t tell the Senate Judiciary Committee about at least six Supreme Court amicus briefs he prepared or supported, his office acknowledged in a letter Friday, including two urging the Court to reject the Bush administration’s attempt to try Jose Padilla as an enemy combatant,” Snopes stated.
“It has come to our attention that some but not all briefs submitted to the Supreme Court by or on behalf of Attorney General Holder as counselor Amicus were supplied to the Committee in the course of his confirmation process last year. We regret the omission,” Assistant Attorney General Ronald Welch wrote to Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Patrick Leahy.
But Sen.

On April 03, 2012, Obama told the American Society of Newspaper Editors that the GOP (Republicans) were attempting to Impose a “Radical Vision On Our Country”. That’s a far cry from unifying and is designed exclusively to tell the yokels who fawn on his every word that those bad GOP’ers are dividing the country while his very words bespeak division exactly in the opposite direction.
This from the man who just over three years ago said he would bring “CHANGE” that the people wanted and bring the country together as the Great Messiah and Unifier. What a load of crapola that turned out to be. Just look at all his latest NON-country-unifying baloney he is trying to force on the good people of this land.
How can we forget his shameful and child-like tantrums with our highest court in the land, the Supreme Court, which touts two of its members as his appointees, Sotomayor and Kagan, saying that court couldn’t overturn a law? Even his corrupt Attorney General had to apologize to the public highest court for that egregious and monstrous prevarication.
And this man claims to have been a teacher of Constitutional law at the (once) prestigious Harvard University? He has lied to us so much he now doesn’t even remember what lies he has tried to foist off on the country. He is a total disgrace to himself and to his designated political party – thankfully the Democrats, which embrace liars as readily as they do fools (Biden, anyone?).
Also, what do you think of his attempts to unify our country with constant references to “bypassing Congress” to get things accomplished? That was spoken by him only a matter of just a short time ago when he met with some liberal Democrat governors, an event covered by The Hill in an online article titled, “Democratic governors discuss bypassing Congress with Obama”. (Alicia M. Cohn: 02/24/12.)
Ms. Conn quoted Obama as saying, ” ‘Where Congress won’t act, I will’ back in October when rolling out a series of executive orders aimed at creating jobs.” That was about six months ago and I haven’t heard about any new jobs that Obama has created, have you? But he even got the libDem Governors all worked up and the Vice Chairman of the National Governors’ Association (NGA), Jack Markell of Delaware stated for public consumption, “There was a sense that none of us should wait, we can’t wait for things to happen in Congress,” Markell said of the meeting. “We’re going to do what we can do [now].”
It is apparent that the Governor of Delaware, the Vice Chairman of the NGA is about as bright as the former Senator from that state and currently Vice President – Joe Biden. With leaders like Biden and Markell, what chance does our country have; or worse, what chance at survival do the people have? Constitutional scholars they are NOT!

Well fellow Americans, here is another case of highly improper legislating from the bench; somehow we have got to stop appointing judges who are not subject to recall or outright dismissal for rulings against the general welfare of the public citizens and in violation of the general spirit, if not the letter of the laws of the United States.
In Front Porch Politics on February 24, 2012, with added comments from The Blaze published on February 23, 2012, the unfortunate story of an incident that began as a form of protest by atheists marching in the Halloween parade last October, one as “Zombie Muhammad” and another as “Zombie Pope”. No harm was inflicted on the latter of the two demonstrators where charges were brought and a trial was conducted on the actions perpetrated by the Muslim who was ‘offended’ by the depiction of Muhammad.
In this case, a judge of Muslim faith “lectured,” not the violator of the law but the seriously injured and abused victim on, of all things, the Joys of Islam. Where is the joy; particularly in this case? Due to the judge’s ruling the joy is found only in the minds of the violator and his co-religious believing judicial savior, the very wrong judge. Is this what our judicial findings are coming to in America; false associations with religion?
The assault was captured on video and the Muslim man admitted to his crime, saying that he did not know mocking Muhammed was actually legal in the U.S.. Charges, of course, were filed. This is one of the reasons why Americans are so insistent that immigrants should not be allowed residency in the United States until they are familiar with basic human rights laws set forth in our Constitution, among other things such as knowledge of the language, etc.
Viciously beating on an American citizen who was expressing his First Amendment rights of Freedom of Speech certainly brought no joy to the victim. I don’t mean to approve of anyone bringing mockery to another person’s religion, but physically beating that person is well beyond the violation of the victim’s First Amendment rights. Overly exaggerated in this case with an ignorant of the law, by choice, immigrant savagely beating a lawful American citizen in stark violation of his rights to free speech and then finding an immigrant judge lecturing the injured and abused victim while the violator goes scot free.
How many times have we Americans heard the pronouncements of a judge saying, “Ignorance of the law is no excuse for the violation of that law.” I suspect that nearly all immigrants to this country, except those of Islamic faith, are aware that inflicting bodily punishment on another person except in self-defense from physical harm is a violation of our constitutional laws and must be punished when administered to another person.
For an immigrant who claims to be a beneficiary of this Islamic joy to violently inflict injury on another legal citizen, or anybody for that matter, the penalty should be immediate deportation from our country. This is a prime example of a violation of the law as is DOCUMENTED in this country and usually enforced by judges who have sworn to uphold our Constitution.

I am basically a simple man born of simple parents with honest and simple, but patriotic ideals. I learned the Pledge of Allegiance to our national flag even before I was in the first grade; and even before the controversial, to some, words “under God” were added, of which I approved. I grew up in a community of like citizens all imbued with patriotic ideals.
My father was in the newspaper business, starting off as a young boy in the press publishing room known to all the adult men working there as simply, “Boy”; no one in the print room was called by their given names until they reached the level of at least ‘typesetter apprentice’ the first salaried level of employment in newspaper production.
Those whose duties were the same as my dad’s were known as “Gofer” as in “Hey Boy, go fer some fresh water for a drink” or go for some more lead bars for the type melting pot.” These young lads were paid at whatever spare change the salaried employees cared to throw in a hat for them out of the salaries they received on payday.
Said amounts given to those boys rarely reached a full dollar for a week’s labor; but the era I speak of was before the advent of the 20th century. Each employee accepted his meager earnings with a smile and a gracious ‘Thank You’. Dad went all through the ranks up to Editor, which was his reward for honest endeavor.
Why are things so different today? One word: UNIONS! They introduced another element into our daily lexicon that hadn’t existed openly before; it was also one word: GREED! Those two words have been symbols of the changes from the simple days and people in the first paragraph above, to the utter chaos we see everywhere today.
Oh, I don’t mean to imply, nor will I say there was no tightening of the purse strings from management levels; there always was, probably since the first employer hired either Cain or Abel when something needed to be done. So adjustments in equity and fairness were essential obligations.
But that’s another story for another time. And getting back to the memories of the types of people in the first paragraph above, what in God’s name is happening to this once wonderful country? Seems as though just plain old honesty and simplicity has disappeared faster than an ice cream cone in the hands of a toddler at the beach in mid-July.
Just today I read about another one of my kindly old visions that has gotten wrinkled like a cheap suit and doesn’t even resemble the good graces and pleasantness of its former self. In fact, even you may not recognize the new appearance this once angelic vision given to all of us.
I’m talking about the Girl Scouts; yes, I said ‘Girl Scouts’ those mini females with a great business venture called Girl Scout Cookies that has become one of the sweetest and tastiest fund-raising enterprises ever to give a sweet treat in return for your investment of a mere few bucks, supposedly to help those little darlings carry on their association’s mission. But the greed factor is winning out even there.

Homegrown jihadist Jesse Curtis Morton. Credit: DoJ File Photo
Jesse Curtis Morton, aka Younus Abdullah Muhammed pleaded guilty Friday to using his position as a leader of Revolution Muslim Organization to conspire — using the Internet – to solicit murder, make threatening communications, and use the Internet to place others in fear.
The 33-year old, a homegrown radical Islamist and resident of New York City, entered his plea before by U.S. District Judge Liam O’Grady in the Eastern District of Virginia, which O’Grady accepted.
The terrorist group leader faces a maximum penalty five years in prison for each of the three charges when he is sentenced on May 18, 2012.
“Fortunately, NYPD Intelligence Division detectives were in a position to learn exactly how Morton used the Internet to conspire to solicit murder, and how he encouraged others to solicit the murder of an artist whose material he deemed offensive,” said New York City Police Commissioner Ray Kelly.
“This important plea resulted because the NYPD’s monitoring of Morton’s activities, combined with the investigative and prosecutorial expertise of the FBI and the U.S. Attorney for Eastern District of Virginia, made for a strong case, in addition to a strong partnership,” Kelly added.
According to court documents, Morton founded Revolution Muslim in December 2007 and created various online forums that contained postings and information supportive of violent extremism. Morton and his associates used the organization’s websites to encourage Muslims to engage in violence against those they believed to be enemies of Islam and to support Osama bin Laden, Anwar Al-Awlaki, al-Qaeda, the Taliban, and others espousing violence.
They posted messages in support of the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001, the November 2009 killings by Army Major Nidal Hasan at Ft. Hood, and attacks and future threats against Jewish organizations, among others.
Through his online forums, Morton conspired with Zachary Chesser, of Fairfax County, Virginia., and others to solicit the murder of an artist tied to the “Everybody Draw Mohammed Day” movement in May 2010, including posting online a magazine that included the artist in a hit list for violent extremists to take out and a message from Anwar Al-Awlakithat explicitly called for the artist’s assassination.
Morton posted online a speech stating that “Islam’s position is that those that insult the Prophet may be killed” and exhorting his listeners to fight the “disbelievers near you.”
In addition, Morton admitted through his statement of facts that he aided Chesser in taking repeated steps in April 2010 to encourage violent extremists to attack the writers of South Park for an episode that featured Muhammad in a bear suit, including highlighting their residence and urging online readers to “pay them a visit.”
Chesser had been arrested on July 21, 2010, charged with providing material support to the Somali-based Al Shabaab and later also pleaded guilty to communicating threats and soliciting violent extremists to desensitize law enforcement.
Four days after Chesser’s arrest, Morton fled to Morocco, where he resided until his arrest on U.S. charges on May 26, 2011.

SEIU has gained a reputation for being the Obama "goon squad." They not only contribute millions of dollars to his campaigns, they also work for his re-election. Credit: Newbusters
Too often American workers are intentionally kept ignorant of their civil rights and subjected to threats and intimidation when they speak out against their unions’ support for political activities and candidates. Aided by President Barack Obama’s Executive Orders and recent court cases weakening worker choice protections, unions can get around workers rights by inaccurately categorizing expenditures as representational — and not political — expenses, according to a new Congressional report released on Friday.
The findings contained in the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform report detail incidents in which workers’ rights and welfare take a backseat to relationships between union officials and politicians who benefit from their generous financial contributions to their campaigns.
“Every worker should have a choice on whether or not money is taken from their paychecks and used to fund political activities, and every union member has a right to know how that money is being spent,” Chairman Darrell Issa (R-CA) said.
“The Committee’s focus on this issue is not an examination of the validity of unions or their right to exist, but rather an effort to ensure that the political activities of the unions do not infringe on the rights and freedoms of union workers,” he added.
The Committee report outlines how a significant portion of union dues finance collective bargaining agreement administration and are also heavily injected into political activities. Evidence from opinion surveys and personal testimonials indicate that many workers are not comfortable with the level of political activism in which unions engage. During the 2010 election cycle, unions spent over $1.1 billion dollars in dues to finance political and lobbying activities.
The report also documents how union officials attempt to make it difficult for workers to understand how to exercise Constitutionally-protected rights to opt-out of union political activities by obscuring required notifications in magazines or other publications. It noted that 67 percent of workers are unaware of these protections.
The Committee hearing and report documented real world stories of several workers, including:
• Terry Bowman, Ypsilanti, Mich.: An assembly line worker at a Ford Motor Company plant in Rawsonville, Terry has been a United Auto Workers (UAW) member for 14 years. But he and others have experienced criticism for exercising their right to speak on issues of policy and politics different from those expressed by union leadership. If an individual does speak out, Terry says, “he or she is going to be harassed and persecuted on the job for doing so.” According to Terry, these workers are often treated as “less” than others and “left out of the big picture in the workplace,” for speaking their minds.
• Sally Coomer, Duvall, Wash.: Sally is a homecare worker and mother of a disabled adult daughter for whom she is also the primary caregiver. She receives Medicaid funding to provide full-time care for her daughter, but by operation of current law, she has been forced to become a member of the Service Employees International Union (SEIU). According to Sally, new laws pushed by the union have created a twisted and complicated relationship between the state, Sally and her daughter.

Less than a week ago I had written a 965-word article titled, “Will Our Country Remain Free Thanks to a Courageous Judge From Georgia?” for publication online by Canada Free Press. It was my opinion of a decision by a Georgia State Administrative Law Judge, Judge Michael Malihi of Georgia’s Office of State Administrative Hearings to consider ruling on the prevailing question of Barack Obama’s constitutional eligibility to have his name appear on the ballot for the presidency of the United States.
As my writing was on its way to publication form, an item began to appear in the news outlets on the reversal of what had been highly expected, a ruling affirming the ineligibility of Obama due to his status as being not native born to the United States. One in particular authored by Cindy Simpson of the American Thinker and published online on February 04, 2012 titled “Obama Wins Georgia Ballot Challenge” part of the many that brought this sad news which deep-sixed my column of praise for Judge Malihi.
The decision contesting the placing of Obama’s name on the 2012 Georgia presidential ballot was filed by Georgia Secretary of State Brian Kemp in November 2011 to the Office of State Administrative Hearings for a ruling as a result of challenges from three sources, Liberty Legal Foundation represented by attorney Van Irion; Georgia Rep. J. Mark Hatfield; and California attorney Ms. Orly Taitz.
As Ms. Simpson stated in her column, attorney Van Irion, and Georgia Rep. J. Mark Hatfield did not focus on Obama’s place of birth or the infamous birth certificate. Rather, Irion and Hatfield contended that Obama, with his non-US citizen father, is not a “natural born” citizen according to the rule of statutory construction in the interpretation of the Constitution and existing Supreme Court precedent while Ms. Taitz, also addressed the validity of Obama’s posted birth certificate and social security number.
The initial hearing of this matter by Georgia Judge Michael Malihi was held on January 26, 2012. Malihi had issued a subpoenae calling for the President to appear. Not only did Obama fail to appear but even withheld any representation such as by his attorney Michael Jablonski, an offense (failing to respond to a subpoena) normally punishable. The offense was noted by Judge Malihi, in Ms. Simpson’s words “of the failure to participate in the opening page of his decision.”
Ordinarily, the Court would enter a default order against the party that fails to participate in any stage of a proceeding… Such a ruling could have brought immediate recommendation to remove the name from ballot. Nonetheless, despite the Defendant’s failure to appear, Plaintiffs asked this Court to decide the case on the merits of their arguments and evidence. So it is now apparent that the plaintiffs may have been a bit too hasty to waive the default in view of the latest reversal of what had obviously been expected from the judge.
It is also apparent that I, as well as the plaintiffs, was too hasty and ultimately erroneous in my praise and confidence in finally finding a judge who would rule in favor of the people and the U. S. Constitution, two tangibles that Obama and his pack of varmints are determined to destroy.
