Texas Governor Rick Perry overseas the second highest poverty rate of any state besides Mississippi. Why? His state, through his own support, houses one of the largest illegal alien populations in the country estimated at 1.5 million.

Out of all the jobs he boasts that Texas added during his reign as governor, illegal aliens commandeered fully 81 percent of those jobs. Additionally, Perry rammed through an in-state tuition bill that gives illegal aliens a free ride over and above Texas citizens and takes slots away from other American students at all Texas colleges.

Perry also supports open borders and stands against any laws that imitate Arizona’s SB 1070.

If elected president of the United States, Rick Perry would support displacement of American workers on every level in favor of Mexican workers. In other words, the 45.2 million Americans subsisting on food stamps would not be able to compete for the slave wages so coveted by Mexicans and other illegal migrants. (Source: Reuters News)

My long time colleague, D.A. King, director at http://www.TheDustinInmanSociety.org , gave a few thoughts on the subject of Rick Perry’s run for president.

“Perry supporters who were miffed at reading inconvenient facts that made them ask themselves why they picked him as candidate in the first place,” said King. “Granting instate tuition to illegals is only a small part of Perry’s problematic record. We noted that Perry had dismissed any consideration of a state immigration enforcement law such as Arizona, Georgia and other states struggled to put in place; had proposed a bi-national health insurance program with Mexico (PerryCare?); has expressed his support for legalizing the fugitive illegals who have escaped capture at American borders (it’s not amnesty, it’s a guest worker plan!); and refused to use the power of his office for any E-Verify legislation in Texas. So what if that state has one of the highest number of illegals in the country?”

OPEN BORDERS CANNOT SUSTAIN ANY STATE IN THE LONG RUN

To educate readers on the state of the state of Perry’s Texas, I included a quote from the Jacksonville, Ill., Courier-Journal: “Texas has the second-highest poverty rate among the 50 states, behind only Mississippi. It has the second-highest percentage of population without a high school diploma. Texas leads the nation in the percentage of people with no health insurance, over one quarter. It is tied with Mississippi for having the biggest percentage of workers paid at or below the minimum wage.”

“Perry is still standing on a magical “jobs creation” in Texas myth,” said King. “Let’s add to the facts with this from Mark Krikorian on National Review Online:

“Jobs for Whom?” – citing a report from his Center for Immigration Studies. “Remember all those new jobs in Texas Gov. Perry keeps talking about? Would it surprise you to learn that the overwhelming majority went to newly arrived immigrants and not to Americans? Surprise! From 2007 to 2011, 81 percent of the job growth went to recently arrived foreign workers – about half legal, half illegal.” Krikorian writes. “Nor did all this wonderful job creation for foreigners seem to benefit Americans indirectly – native-born Texans saw the same doubling of unemployment that Americans elsewhere experienced during the recession.

The United States of America teeters on the abyss of an immigration-population overload like nothing ever seen in the history of the world.  It added 100 million people in the last 40 years and is on its way toward adding another 100 million by 2035—a scant 24 years from now.  It’s already at 312 million and headed for 400 million in a blink.

Every environmental-quality of life-employment issue facing our country stems from endless, massive and unrelenting immigration out of the third world.  The sheer numbers alone cannot be sustained and the quality of America’s own citizens’ lives degrades with every 3.1 million immigrants added to the United States annually.  While we suffer 15 million unemployed and the latest surge of 45.2 million Americans subsisting on food stamps—isn’t it time to stop importing 150,000 to 200,000 immigrants every 30 days into our country?  Why is our Congress doing this to our country and our future?

Read these figures and weep or scream depending on your emotional response:

·      The nation’s immigrant population (legal and illegal) reached 40 million in 2010, the highest number in the nation’s history.

·      The nation’s immigrant population has doubled since 1990, nearly tripled since 1980, and quadrupled since 1970, when it stood at 9.7 million.

·      Of the 40 million immigrants in the country in 2010, 13.9 million arrived in 2000 or later making it the highest decade of immigration in American history, even though there was a net loss of jobs during the decade.

·      New arrivals are offset by out-migration and deaths. As a result, the net increase in the immigrant population was more than 8.8 million over the last decade, from 31.1 million in 2000.

·      While the number of immigrants in the country is higher than at any time in American history, the immigrant share of the population (12.9 percent) was higher 90 years ago.

·      Growth in the immigrant population has primarily been driven by high levels of legal immigration. Roughly three-fourths of immigrants in the country are here legally.

·      Immigrants continue to head to non-traditional states of settlement. The six states with the largest immigrant populations accounted for 65 percent of the total in 2010, 68 percent in 2000, and 73 percent in 1990.

·      Overall the immigrant population grew 28 percent between 2000 and 2010. But it grew at more than twice the national rate in: Alabama (92 percent), South Carolina (88 percent), Tennessee (82 percent), Arkansas (79 percent), Kentucky (75 percent), North Carolina (67 percent), South Dakota (65 percent), Georgia (63 percent), Indiana (61 percent), Nevada (61 percent), Delaware (60 percent), Virginia (60 percent), and Oklahoma (57 percent).

·      Since 1990 the immigrant population has doubled. It grew at more than twice the national rate in: North Carolina (525 percent), Georgia (445 percent), Arkansas (430 percent), Tennessee (389 percent), Nevada (385 percent), South Carolina (337 percent), Kentucky (312 percent), Nebraska (298 percent), Alabama (287 percent), Utah (280 percent), Colorado (249 percent), Minnesota (235 percent), Delaware (223 percent), Iowa (222 percent), Indiana (219 percent), Oklahoma (215 percent), and Arizona (208 percent).

If you will take a gander at the September 26, 2011 issue of Newsweek, page 48, titled “Marry or else!” by Michelle Goldberg, you will see that the Balkanization of America steams full speed ahead of schedule. The quote by James Walsh below brings it home like gangbusters.

“Immigrants devoted to their own cultures and religions are not influenced by the secular politically correct façade that dominates academia, news-media, entertainment, education, religious and political thinking today,” said James Walsh, former Associate General Counsel of the United States Immigration and Naturalization Service. “They claim the right not to assimilate, and the day is coming when the question will be how can the United States regulate the defiantly unassimilated cultures, religions and mores of foreign lands? Such immigrants say their traditions trump the U.S. legal system. Balkanization of the United States has begun.”

In the Newsweek article, we now watch while American Muslim girls are sent off to marry men 20 to 30 years older than themselves—to uphold the family honor. If not, they are killed by fathers, uncles and brothers.

New research shows how it happens in England and the United States

Frankly, I am stunned that the politically correct media giant Newsweek would publish a piece exposing the barbarism of Muslims in America. It’s usually hidden, suppressed and avoided at all costs.

“Perhaps the most high-profile honor killing case in Britain has been the tragic 2006 killing of Banaz Mahmod,” said Goldberg. “Banaz entered into an arranged marriages at the age of 16 to a man who raped and beat her. Two years later, she fled the union and fell in love with another man. Enraged her father and uncle, both Islamic Kurds, killed her and stuffed her body into a suitcase and buried it in a London garden.”

Before killing her, her two cousins and other Muslim men tortured, raped and beat her for breaking the family rules as to arranged marriages. The cousins, father and uncle now live in prison cells in London for their atrocities.

But it doesn’t stop there.

In the United States, in the past two years, over 3,000 cases of forced marriages have surfaced. Layli Miller-Muro, executive director of the Tahirih Justice Center, is trying to change that problem.

“We’ve already learned enough in the survey to tell us we’re just hitting the tip of the iceberg,” Miller-Muro said.

Forced marriages continue in most states of the Union where Muslims live. That includes Michigan, Iowa, California, New York, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Georgia, Colorado, Tennessee and Texas.

One 16 year old girl attempted to escape her family after she rejected her arranged marriage. “My father has said that he would behead me,” said the girl. “I’ll be considered dead by my family no matter what.”

“Other parents will take their children out of the country to marry them off—again, not an illegal practice,” said Goldberg. “In some cases, there has been clear violence or the threat of violence, which allows agencies to interfere, but in others, the pressure is financial or emotional.”

While the article in Newsweek touched only one aspect of Muslim rituals, it failed to address female genital mutilation, stoning, torture, rapes, multiple wives, killings of gays and subjugation of women to men’s power in America.

In all great social change, it takes an overwhelming number of citizens to take action.  This past weekend, President Barack Obama bequeathed amnesty for countless millions of illegal aliens.  He set up a dynamic whereby the law no longer applies. It’s a violation of the Constitution.

What can you do about it?

“House Judiciary Chairman Lamar Smith has offered legislation that would prevent the Obama Administration from offering amnesty to millions of illegal aliens through deferred action or parole,” said Beck. “The notion of an administrative amnesty first surfaced through leaked internal memos last year, but a new blog from the White House has confirmed the new Obama Administration policy.”

Chairman Smith’s HALT (Hinder the Administration’s Legalization Temptation) Act (H.R.2497) would prevent the Obama Administration from:

1. granting parole (except in narrow circumstances),
2. issuing deferred action (except in narrow circumstances),
3. issuing extended voluntary departure to removable aliens,
4. granting work authorization to aliens on a discretionary basis,
5. granting TPS to any new groups of aliens,
6. waiving the three and 10 year bars to admittance for aliens who have been illegally present in the U.S., and
7. granting cancellation of removal to illegal immigrants.

“The new DHS policy allows for “prosecutorial discretion” such as by granting deferred action, “deciding whom to stop, question, or arrest”, deciding “whom to detain”, and “dismissing” a removal proceeding,” said Beck.  “The memo made clear that potentially millions of deportable illegal and criminal immigrants would be potentially eligible for administrative amnesty.”

“When weighing whether an exercise of prosecutorial discretion may be warranted for a given alien, ICE officers, agents and attorneys should consider all relevant factors”, such as:

* ICE’s “immigration enforcement priorities.” (ICE has expressed little interest in deporting illegal immigrants who have not yet been convicted of “serious” crimes.)
* The person’s “pursuit of education in the United States”. (The Migration Policy Institute estimates that more than two million illegal immigrants would be eligible for the DREAM Act amnesty).
* “Whether the person has a U.S. citizen or permanent resident spouse, child or parent. . . . “Whether the person or the person’s spouse is pregnant . . . .” (The Pew Hispanic Center estimates that illegal immigrants have 4.5 million U.S.-born and thus U.S. citizen children.)
* The person’s length of presence in the U.S. (The Pew Hispanic Center has estimated that millions of illegal immigrants have been in the U.S. since the 1990s.)

“While the Administration can’t grant citizenship through its executive authority, it can shield illegal aliens from being deported and issue temporary work authorization to illegal aliens who receive the administrative amnesty,” said Beck. “Please send a fax to your U.S. Representative and urge him/her to cosponsor the HALT Act.”

After my latest column, “ILLUSION OF OBAMA AND CONGRESS EMPLOYING 15 MILLION UNEMPLOYED,” Barry McKenna, President of McKenna Service Company, spoke about the history of our massive unemployment problem.

Give us an idea of what our Congress and president are doing to the American worker Mr. McKenna:

“I have sold and serviced industrial equipment in the Mid-West since 1979 and witnessed manufacturing capability slip away to foreign countries,” said McKenna. “Politicians have always been more interested in “kickbacks” & “donations” to their campaign funds from multi-national corporations than National Security, our national defense, or our wealth. U.S. Super Power status is long past and just other illusion politicians put forth to the American people.

“Free trade policies were negotiated by political plants that have worked both sides of the table for their own gain. Forget the common good of the nation thus the conditions seen now.

“One of my customers, Brake Parts Mfg., was once based in the small town of Litchfield in central Illinois. The company started operation in 1905 and had manufactured brake components for every car ever made. My relationship with them spanned 33 years during which I had placed 85 CNC machine tools in that facility. The company employed about three thousand and it “was” the economic generator and job creator for that little town.

“Two years ago the company was purchased by a “multi-national” investment group named “The Affinia Group”. Affinia owned golf courses and hotels (but NO manufacturing facilities). Affinia decided to close Brake Parts and move all manufacturing to Mexico City, Mexico. All but four engineers were laid off as they were key to shifting the facility to Mexico. The reason for the move; Cheap Labor and no inbound tariffs to the U.S.A. from Mexico because of “Free Trade.”

“Years of working with people affords one the opportunity to get to know the employees on a “personal” level, i.e. their families, kids, grandkids, and etc. The people of Litchfield are what I call “Home Town America.”

“I called the engineering department shortly after the buy-out I found most of the employees had been let go. The “engineering secretary” (Vicki) then broke down crying as she told me the story of what was to transpire and everyone was losing everything. The plant is gone now as are the people and most of the town. This situation brings to mind scenes of Detroit, Michigan, which is also now a ghost town. Welcome to the New “Bill Clinton” America. When the government attempts to “fix” or “do business” it’s usually a disaster.

“Free Trade which was touted by politicians to bring jobs and wealth. It has done the opposite and statistics prove it. We gave away our technology to be used against us. The world is laughing at us.

“I visited the plant in Mexico City last year on a “service call”. Once at the airport I was told NOT to go out on the sidewalk at the airport or I would be kidnapped.

Have you noticed dozens of languages being spoken by citizens and illegal aliens in America? Do you feel the disrespect and the separation? Do you feel violated? Are you angry that new citizens and illegal aliens disrespect us so much that they refuse to learn our language? Have you heard the growing Spanish speaking TV and radio stations across the USA? Do you feel like your country is being stolen from you along with your language? Do you feel the confusion it creates?

It’s much worse. Former President Bill Clinton created Executive Order 13166 which is an un-legislated multilingual policy that requires all government agencies like the IRS, Social Security Administration, the INS, Department of Transportation, the Department of Justice, and others to print all documents in foreign languages and provide for non-English speaking people. It costs you millions of your taxpayer dollars to service foreigners who came to our country but will not honor that privilege by speaking English.

Over 329 languages are spoken in the United States making it impossible for all minority languages to be represented in such sectors as government, education and health care. Further, it creates separation and balkanization when you can’t speak to fellow Americans.

The cost of Executive Order 13166 in the healthcare sector alone stands at a staggering $267 million of your taxpayer dollars annually. In the last California governor election, over a dozen languages were represented on the voter ballot. Whose country is this anyway? Who is paying for it? YOU!

Former Colorado Governor Richard Lamm said, “A nation is much more than a place on a map. It is a state of mind, a shared vision, and a recognition that we are all in this together. A nation needs a common language as it needs a common currency. America has been successful because we have become one people. There is a social glue of a common language, a shared history, uniting symbols that tie us together. We live under a common flag, which we honor and salute.”

One scholar, Seymour Martin Lipset said, “The histories of bilingual and bicultural societies that do not assimilate are histories of turmoil, tension and tragedy. Canada, Belgium, Malaysia, Lebanon all face crises of national existence in which minorities press for autonomy, if not independence. Pakistan and Cyprus have divided. France faces difficulties with its Basques, Bretons and Corsicans.”

Lamm said, “Some people say Switzerland is an example of a successful bilingual country, but that claim does not survive close scrutiny. Switzerland has divided its geography into three separate areas, each of which has a common and dominant language—French, German and Italian.”

Immanuel Kant said, “Language and religion are the dividers.”

Why is EO 13166 a bad deal for Americans? It’s an outrageous rip-off for an American taxpayer as well as an administrative nightmare. It’s a monstrous burden to healthcare officials and a major injustice to immigrants. It will destroy national unity and our culture. From the melting pot, we are becoming a battle ground of language confrontation and conflict.

Cost? Hold on to your hat: Welfare/food stamp costs at $21 million for translators. Congressional Budget Office estimates costs at $150 million annually. Health care is $180.8 million for multilingual out-patient services, $78.2 million for multilingual in-patient services, $8.6 for multilingual emergency room services.

Of all the unwise and foolish things our U.S. Congress has imposed on the American people in the past 40 years, the late Teddy Kennedy’s 1965 Immigration Reform Act will prove the most dangerous piece of legislation for the continuance of the United States.

While George Washington enjoys the moniker as “Father of our country”, Kennedy may become known as the “Father of the destruction of our country.”

Not only did his bill ram an added 100 million immigrants into the United States in the past 40 years, it will cram another 100 million into this country by 2035—a scant 24 years from now.

Beyond the environmental overload as to ecological footprint, carbon footprint, water, energy and resources—we face another more ominous and deadly overload of incompatible cultures and religions.  The wise philosopher Kant said, “Religion and language are the two great dividers.”

While benign religions like Buddhism settle into any civilization without antagonisms, the fastest growing religion in the world aggressively moves from its third world roots into first world countries with astounding speed.  It has ransacked Europe’s tranquility.  In France, police, firemen and citizens will not enter 750 “no go” zones now dominated by Muslims.

Islam advocates for barbaric martyrdom with suicide bombers, female genital mutilation, arranged marriages, female subjugation, honor killings at over 5,000 annually inside the Middle East, stonings, beheadings, acid throwing into women’s faces and no rights for women.

While it doesn’t advocate aggressively within a Western country at first, as its numbers grow, it demands more and more impregnation of Sharia Law.  That law creates an entirely new economic, social and religious paradigm inside the host country.  Muslims do not remain timid for long!

In 1990, less than 100,000 Muslims lived within the United States. In 2011, they boast over seven million. At 100,000 Muslims added to the USA annually, they will add one million every decade. But with their birthrates, they can expect to add five million Muslims within 20 to 30 years.  At present, they have built 1,208 mosques across the USA.  No women can walk inside the front doors. They must go to the side.  No women can share worship with any men.  No women can walk into a mosque with their faces showing.

As seen in the United Kingdom, with a scant 2.5 million, they are already instituting Sharia Law by forcing democratic law out of Islamic dominated areas of London.

In an oped at Investers.com, they published a piece “Beheading ourselves over Islam.”

“What can the U.S. do to quell the violent spasms of Islam? Promote Islam, naturally. At least that’s the thinking of this administration. It’s now official foreign policy,” opined Investers. “President Obama’s top Muslim envoy has been overseas encouraging devotion to Islam, including in terror hot spots like Afghanistan.

Like Halloween, the Dream Act returned last Saturday at the hands of the Head Hob Goblin Senator Harry Reid. While the main “Witch of the House” Speaker Nancy Pelosi brought it back like a vampire in training—Hob Goblin Reid tossed it into the ring to see which fools might take a bite of the contaminated apple.

A few bought it lock, stock and dagger, but saner minds prevailed. Common sense engaged! Rational votes hit the final button 55 to 41 to defeat a fraudulent Dream Act.

Why so fraudulent? Take a look at House of Representatives traitor Luis Gutierrez who said, “My total loyalty belongs to [illegal] immigrants.” Notice he won’t speak the word ‘illegal’ and he won’t make a move to stop the human mob charging over America’s borders—but he gives his ‘total loyalty’ to illegal aliens. Along with Illinois U.S. Senator Dick Durbin, they form a coalition of Mexican lawmakers entrenched in the U.S. Congress. You won’t find two more un-American lawmakers in the USA. In the good old days, they tarred and feathered such liars and rode them out of town on a rail.

Rick Oltman, writing out of the most broken and overrun state in the country, California, said, “The Dream Act isn’t really dead, it is undead. Unlike the zombies of fiction in TV and movies, this zombie is real and it will return, I guarantee it. But for now at least this piece of junk legislation, this sewage, this deceitful lie from its very inception, won’t be threatening our sovereignty or occupying activists’ time.

“And our email accounts will, temporarily, cease to be filled with constant reminders to call congress and constant appeals for money from groups I have never heard of, or have never heard of them doing very much to try to get our immigration laws enforced. Now we can turn our attention from trying to prevent the Dream Act from passing, back to trying to prevent the murder of ranchers and Border Patrol agents by illegal alien drug traffickers.

Dream Act will return like Halloween!

“The Dream Act will be back,” said Oltman. “Unfortunately, rancher Rob Krentz and Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry and all the other victims killed by illegal aliens are gone forever. The vote on the Dream Act was illegitimate. Everything this congress is doing right now is illegitimate. Yes, they have the power to enact laws until their replacements are sworn in. But it isn’t right.

“Let me be clear, everyone who voted for the Dream Act hates America. They hate America as it stands. They don’t want to destroy America, they want to mutate it, which is what massive legal and illegal immigration is doing right now, and not exactly slowly. The Dream Act would have done it quickly. The people who support it, know it. The Dream Act was an amnesty that would have allowed over 20 million illegal aliens to apply, most if not all would have been approved.

Americans today suffer a legal and illegal migration invasion unprecedented in US history. It affects every state in the Union concerning schools, hospitals, jobs, crime, diseases and our national language.

With over three million legal and illegal immigrants streaming into our country annually, the invasion quickens across the nation. People complain, join anti-illegal immigration groups and speak up in greater numbers.

But what many don’t complain about is the unending and gargantuan problem of ‘legal’ immigration that proves just as deadly. Before 1965 when we numbered 193 million citizens and a sustainable society, a steady flow of 170,000 legal immigrants arrived in America and we easily absorbed in by assimilating by learning our language and becoming productive citizens. We were able to take that many immigrants into America because that many people exited from the United States. Once the 1965 Immigration Reform Act hit us, from 1.1 to 1.5 million legal immigrants arrived year after year. By 2010, they have created massive and growing havoc across America, and their numbers and children added 100 million to the USA by 2006.  Another 100 million people expect to call America their home within 25 years. But the media won’t breathe a word! Neither will scientists or political leaders.  We’re racing toward a demographic cliff at 100 miles per hour!

Legal immigrants from 1965 arrived in such massive numbers; they began enclaving and not assimilating. They’ve built city-states completely separated from mainstream America. They kept their own language and mores of their former societies. Their consequences grow as their numbers grow.

Dr. John Tanton, publisher and editor of http://www.thesocialcontract.com brings a sobering look at our dilemma concerning legal immigrants.

“In the early years of our work on the immigration question, we viewed legal and illegal as fairly separate and distinct phenomena,” Tanton said. “They seemed to require different measures for their control.”

“Illegal immigration was, of course illegal, and hence, easy to oppose,” Tanton said. “The measures needed for its containment included such things as more border patrol agents, better detection of illegals within the country, employer sanctions, more care at our embassies overseas in issuing visas, repatriation to the country of origin (or in the case of Mexico, deep into Mexico, rather than just across the border), and so on.”

As corporations found out in the 80’s, for example in meatpacking, which used to pay $17.10 per hour and as high as $19.00 an hour with benefits, employers could hire illegal aliens for $6.00 and hour and no complaints. Soon, living wage jobs for Americans vanished as corporation after corporations drove out American workers and imported illegal aliens.

“Legal immigration in contrast seemed to require reconsideration of such things as family reunification, education policy for foreign students, economic effects, the brain drain, and the related questions of asylum and refugees,” Tanton said.
