It isn’t often that we see the enemy face-to-face. In this case, we see those who would harm us. It is the ACLU, in team with Barack Obama, Eric Holder and the “open borders” radicals in Washington and 14 other amnesty groups in their lawsuit against the Arizona border law.

Who is being sued? Sheriff Paul Babeu, President of the Arizona Sheriff’s Association. Sheriff Larry Dever is also being sued.

You may have seen Sheriff Babeu. He has appeared often on TV. As such, he has become the target of the ACLU, Barack Obama and Eric Holder.
Sheriff Babeu says:

“I am not afraid of the illegal aliens who try time and time again try to sneak across our borders…

I’m not afraid of the Drug cartels that have put a bounty on my head…

My friend , I’ve been well trained to fight crime. I can hold my own in a brawl with a dangerous criminal….

But I am completely unable to fight against this lawsuit without the help of some good friends.”

Who are “the help of some good friends”. The Legacy Foundation has come to the rescue of Sheriff Babeu and Sheriff Dever.

Sheriff Babeu says:

“The world is upside down—-sometimes it’s hard for me to get out of bed in the morning.

But then, I have to ask myself——’If I don’t do it, who will?’”

Sheriffs Babeu and Dever should not have to fight this fight alone. They are police officers. They should not be in the line of fire. But, they are.

“Barack Obama, Eric Holder and the rest of the ‘open borders’ crowd in Washington have chosen their side.

And there’s no other way to put it – they’ve chosen the side of the CRIMINALS over the side of the AMERICAN PEOPLE!!”

Under duress, President Obama said “I can’t spend all of my time with my birth certificate plastered on my forehand.” He brought up the subject. Let us examine it.

Obama has spent over a million dollars in cases to obscure, or outright stop cold any statement that demands bringing his history to light.

Starting with Obama’s education, the Hawaii’s Department of Education, has lost his classes.  His Kindergarten records would have contained several records.  Obama’s real Birth Certificate would have been there.  It would have contained his legal parents or legal guardians names, date of birth, location of birth, and vaccinations.  For all his life he has attended expensive private schools, all of which have been sealed.  Since he has been featured in photographs about the time he attended Kindergarten, what happened to Obama?

But, there are more records that should be there.  Where are the records of Harvard Law, Harvard Law Review, Columbia University, Columbia thesis, and Occidental College.  Where are the articles from the University of Chicago.  Years of records from his years of an U.S. state senator, Illinois State Bar Association, adoption and baptism records.

We’ve been told that Obama is very intelligent, and he may be, but there is nothing here to prove it.  No accolades, nothing.

Several cases are before the courts, or in the process of being dismissed.  The third U.S. Court of Appeals, in the case of threatened sanctions against attorney Mario Apuzzo, is one such case.  When Apuzzo brought it to the court’s attention, however, being subjected to penalties and sanctions would allow him the right to discovery in the case.  That possibly would include Obama’s birth certificate.

In the case of discovery-of-evidence, John Hemenway, was threatened with a federal judge with sanctions for bringing a challenge to Obama’s presidency.

U.S. Col. Terrence Lakin’s case is the most interesting.  Let’s listen to James H. Roberson.  Dated Sept. 23, 2010, he asks:  “Is the ’Fix’ Already In For Lt. Lakin?  If So, What Do We Do?”

“Lt. Col Lakin (M.D. – Active Army) – first asked the Army to affirm that Obama was constitutionally eligible to serve as President, and when his chain of command refused, he then refused to deploy to Afghanistan until ’eligibility’ was established (to force the issue to a head).  Lakin’s argument is simple and direct:  a soldier must not be compelled to obey an ‘unlawful order’; an ‘ineligible’ person cannot Serve as President and Commander-in-Chief and, thus cannot issue ‘lawful orders’.  He has thereby laid his liberty and whole career on the line in order to honor his Oath to Support and Defend the Constitution (especially Article II, Section 1, Clause 5), which must not be violated!

Why does Obama want to dismantle NASA. He has announced that he is getting rid of the NASA space program.

Those who tell us that we can’t just “round up twenty million people” mean that they don’t want to rid us of this burden… Terry Anderson, now deceased, had a way to get rid of wanted illegal aliens. Terry was an advocate for the American people and never ceased in his efforts for its people.

Terry Anderson:

Having said that, I offer, to MY country, a humble plan to rid us of this huge burden. This plan is based on common sense, THE LAW and a will to do it. It goes like this.

Congress shall declare a 90 day amnesty for ALL illegal aliens. During that period NO status adjustments will be made. ZERO! For 90 days illegal aliens will have the opportunity to dispose of any accumulated assets, both real and personal. Bought a house? Sell it! Bought a car. Sell it! Got a dog, give it away! They will have three months to settle their affairs and sever all ties to this country. At the end of the amnesty, on day 91, ANY illegal still here will be considered a federal, felony fugitive and be will be arrested and jailed. One year the first time. FIVE years the second time and TEN years the third time. We will build a tent prison in the California/Arizona desert and expand it as needed. Once jailed, all assets will be seized and sold at auction. All proceeds will be used to incarcerate said illegal aliens. These stipulations will apply to anyone who entered the country illegally OR any Visa overstay of one day or more.

ANY ILLEGAL ALIEN CAUGHT IN THE UNITED STATES AFTER THE AMNESTY PERIOD HAS EXPIRED WILL BE BANNED FROM THE COUNTRY FOR LIFE!

An day 91, ANY employer who hires an illegal alien fugitive will be jailed. One year for the first offense, FIVE years for the second and TEN years for the third. These laws and penalties will also apply to any bank lending money to illegal aliens and anyone giving them aid and shelter, including churches.

American born children of illegal aliens will be placed in jeopardy by the actions of their parents. Since the American people had no hand in those actions, the responsibility for the care of those children will be that of their parents. If they self-deport, they have the option to take the kids with them or leave them here with an adult of their choice.

Senator Reid is for the DREAM Act. Although the American worker can’t get work, this senator wants more illegal immigration. And, he is going about it a new way. An amendment will bring a Department Of Defense authorization bill into being. Vote for the illegal immigration bill or your senator can be said to not care about the people who fight the wars.

Just to make sure we see how many are out of work: Arizona’s unemployment is 9.7 and California’s is 12.6 unemployment. Senator Reid doesn’t care how many are out of work. He says “giving young illegal immigrants a pathway to citizenship on an upcoming defense bill” is the way to go.

Here is the proposal. If an illegal alien has skirted our laws, and has come here five years ago, before age 16, graduates high school, or its equal, and says he now wants to go to college or join the military, he is given amnesty.

Roy Beck of NumbersUSA notes:

“DREAM does nothing to stop the behavior that put teenagers into their situation. It leaves the jobs magnet in place.”

Beck notes:

“This amnesty has no enforcement measures at all. It allows employers to continue to here illegal aliens, enticing millions more parents to bring their children here illegally and stay long enough for them to become high school students and demand another amnesty in a few years.

DREAM leaves intact the chain migration system that will allow these 2.1 million illegal aliens to eventually send for millions more relatives.

Rather quickly, the amnestied illegal aliens would be able to get green cards for their parents. And millions of additional relatives would be able to start planning their applications and getting in line. This starts with adult siblings and moves on to aunts, uncles, cousins, etc.”

Meanwhile, our own government is busily doing everything in its power to get this legislation through. The White House conference call notes on the DREAM Act amnesty:

Stephanie Valencia (WH Office of Public Engagement): We convened this call to inform you about our mobilization in support of the DREAM Act.

Cecelia Munoz (WH Office of Intergovernmental Affairs): We’re excited there are hundreds of you on the call today. We can only educate you on the status of the bill today. We cannot and will not ask you to lobby. The Defense authorization bill will be on the Senate floor as early as next week. If it gets to the floor, a DREAM Act amendment will be offered. This is a really pivotal time. Since the DREAM Act is being offered as an amendment to an underlying bill, this prevents them procedurally from letting other crazy stuff happen. It will prevent other amendments, particularly ugly amendment that all worry about, from being offered.

The President spoke at the CHC gala about his commitment to immigration reform and to the DREAM Act. We are mobilized across the Administration to help. Cabinet agencies. Secretaries. The President himself. And we have a whole team here just devoted to immigration issues.

A vote is expected early Tuesday afternoon. If passed, the bill will move to the floor.

John McCain has perpetrated the flip-flop of the century. McCain has never been in favor of borders. He likes illegal aliens. Now, he has flipped again. Only now he is for the Arizona law.

He has embraced the nickname of “maverick”. What does that mean? He goes against the grain. McCain said in June 2008 “My principles and my practices and my voting record are very clear. Not only from 2000 but 1998 and 1992 and 1986. And, you know, it’s kind of a favorite ploy, now opponents use, of saying the person has changed. Have I changed position on some specific issues because of changed circumstances? I would hope so! I would hope so!”

Flip-flop.

Let us examine the partnersip of Ted Kennedy and McCain. The only hesitancy about joining Kennedy in the amnesty fight, lay in the desire to be president.

Senator DeMint said that it appeared to be leaning that Republicans would not accept the proposal to give amnesty until the borders are secured. A McCain spokeswoman said he had not deviated from his position on immigration.

While he campaigned, he maintained his position on amnesty.

“We have to have a comprehensive approach to reform, which means a temporary worker (program) as well as securing our borders, as well as addressing the 12 million people who are here illegally, in both in a comprehensive a humane fashion.”

I don’t know where they get the number of 12 million. It has been 12 million for years. It is more likely 20 to 25 million.

Here is where his heart lies. It is time to campaign again, so he is against amnesty and against illegal aliens. He is smart and knows which way the wind blows. He reads the polls, which are overwhelmingly against amnesty.

The drug cartels along our borders are getting more brazen. McCain could have been instrumental in stopping the drug trade. Too bad he didn’t care about the kids ruining their lives.

Too bad he didn’t come easily to his position. Too bad the hordes of people that have been allowed into this country. Just for practical purposes, think of fewer people. Think of the fewer cars on the roads, clogging the freeways. Think of the fewer people using food, clothing and hospitals.

Think of the millions of dollars sent to Mexico. Alone, It is estimated at $25 Billion dollars. Those dollars go South never to return. The people here are yearning for more jobs. Those jobs could have been sent to help our American economy. Think of food, clothing, and sustenance.

Now that our economy is so bad, each job is precious. The more jobs the illegal aliens take, the less jobs Americans have.

Most importantly, think of the people who have been killed on our highways. More have been killed on our streets and highways than have been killed in the war. There are consequences involved in making McCain’s push for amnesty.

The recent proclamation from John McCain is to “complete the dang fence.” Not very convincing.

There is a man who wants McCain’s job. That man is J.D. Hayworth. He has always been against amnesty.
